1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using HackerDroid, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use HackerDroid. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use HackerDroid to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network.
• Use the OSINT/security tools to harass, stalk, or harm another individual.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the daily message limits.
• Upload or generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the app beyond normal personal use.

The tools provided (password checks, WHOIS, IP lookup, breach checks, etc.) are intended for checking your own information or information you have a legitimate right to investigate — not for attacking or investigating third parties without authorization.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account used to sign in. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Message limits

Each chat has a daily message limit which resets 24 hours after your first message in that chat. Limits may change at our discretion.

6. No warranty

HackerDroid is provided "as is". AI-generated responses and third-party lookup results (WHOIS, breach databases, DNS, SSL data, etc.) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security or legal decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HackerDroid and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on any tool output.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of HackerDroid at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where the app operator resides.
